Creative Careers
A new resource which brings together careers information and opportunities from creative organisations into one explorable directory.

Young People
From Q&As to workshops and short courses, if you are aged 16-21, then there is an opportunity at the NT for you.

Step Change
Our professional development programme for people already working in the arts in need of a change of direction.

Casting
Our Casting department is responsible for casting all productions across our three stages and beyond. We champion diversity in all forms within casting decisions and we are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive audition environment where actors are empowered to do their best work. Every year we meet in excess of 2,500 actors when casting.
New Work Submissions
The New Work Department is the engine room for the NT’s creative output, developing work and artists for our stages, and beyond. Last year, almost 1,000 artists worked on around 200 projects in development.
We are happy to receive and consider unsolicited scripts from the UK and Ireland, and whenever possible, we will try to respond positively to invitations to see work.
