Credit Voucher Exchange Requests

If you have requested to exchange your tickets for a Credit Voucher and your application has been successful, you will receive an email shortly with your new Credit Voucher details. 
If you do not receive an email reply (or if it is less than 24 hours in advance of your performance), then the Box Office team will get in touch about your request. (Box Office hours are 11am - 6pm Monday - Friday).
If you have also bought Drinks and Snacks, you should submit a separate request for a Credit Voucher for those items from the My Events page.
