Ticketing isues:

 

  • If you have experienced problems booking tickets online, or wish to exchange tickets for a performance happening in the next 48 hours, please email the Box Office with details of your requirements.
  • If you can no longer use your tickets for a performance that is more than 48 hours away, you can use these forms to:
  1. Exchange your tickets for another event (you can specify alternative events/dates you can attend)
  2. Return your tickets for a credit voucher (which you can use online, by phone or in person to book alternative events)
  • For general enquiries about visiting the National Theatre, or for comments on this website, please use the Contact Box Office form

Contact the Box Office for general information about the National Theatre including whether strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are used in any productions (details are available after the first preview) and guidance on the content and suitability of individual NT plays for parents or guardians.
