Credit Voucher Exchange Requests

If you have requested to exchange your tickets for a Credit Voucher and your application has been successful, you will receive an email shortly with your new Credit Voucher details. 
If you do not receive an email reply (or if it is less than 24 hours in advance of your performance), then the Box Office team will get in touch about your request. (Box Office hours are 11am - 6pm Monday - Friday).
If you have also bought Drinks and Snacks, you should include these in your request for a Credit Voucher.

You can chat to our Box Office team between 11am-6pm Monday to Saturday using the green chat button on the bottom of this page, or email [email protected]
To book tickets by phone, call 020 3989 5455 from 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturdays.

To book Disabled concession tickets and for any addtional support you may require, please call our Access line 020 7452 3961 from 11am-6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Group Bookings
To book tickets for a group of 10 or more, call 020 7452 3010 from 11am -6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Food and Drink

We have joined forces with independent street food pioneers KERB to create a fresh food and drink experience on the South Bank which you can read about here.
The Understudy, our relaxed and friendly craft beer pub at the National Theatre is open.
Olivier and Lyttelton performance bars for The Normal Heart and East is East  are open before performances and during intervals.
