There are 290 spaces in the National Theatre car park.

The car park can be accessed via the south-west corner of the National Theatre, on Upper Ground, by Theatre Avenue (the road between the National Theatre and the British Film Institute).

Our car park has wheelchair and lift access to the main foyers for the Olivier and Lyttelton theatres during National Theatre opening hours (see Your visit for opening hours). There are spaces for blue badge holders.

The height restriction for vehicles using the car park is 6’2” (1.88m). Coaches can drop off/pick up patrons at the back of our building, but this is a waiting area only.

When visiting the Dorfman theatre, disabled patrons can park opposite Stage Door. This should be arranged by calling our Access line 020 7452 3961.
