Our Head Chef at House, Joe Allen, has created a delicious menu using the very best seasonal British produce. Joe describes his food style as “refined British cookery combined with classical French techniques.”
Joe’s favourite dish on the menu is a starter that he’s been developing for a number of years. The dish had a starring role on the BBC show, Million Pound Menu, where a version of Joe’s caramelised cauliflower, cashew nut ricotta, red lentils and curry leaf wowed the judges.
