Booking Tickets

Once signed-up to the National Theatre's Access List, customers can book tickets for performances in the Olivier, Lyttelton and Dorfman theatres, by phone on 020 7452 3961, or online at the Disabled concession rate.

For phone bookings, please mention when booking if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front, a wheelchair space, are attending an accessible performance, or have any other requirements.

Our auditoriums are now playing at full seating capacities. However, if you are on our Access list we’ll aim to provide socially-distanced seating for your group on request if you notify us when booking.

Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Details are available from the Box Office after the first preview performance.

If your circumstances or requirements change, or if you need any further information on tickets for disabled people, contact the Box Office on 0207 452 3961 or email [email protected]

Please note that we can only help with access bookings for the shows playing at the National Theatre. If you are looking to book tickets for any other shows, please search online and contact the dedicated theatre Box Office for that show.

Booking for someone else

When completing the form to make bookings for someone else, please include your own details on the access form but the access requirements of the person you will be booking for. Please note that, where possible, the form should be signed by the person who qualifies for the concession.

Not on the list? We'll reserve your tickets

If you would like to book tickets at the Disabled concession rate but haven't signed up to the Access List yet, please contact the Box Office on 0207 452 3961 / [email protected] who will reserve your tickets. Payment can be processed once your completed form has been received and processed.
