We offer Disabled concession tickets for the following shows playing at the National Theatre:
Rockets and Blue Lights
The Normal Heart
East is East

If you, or someone you're booking tickets for, qualifies for the Disabled concession rate for the above shows you will need to sign-up to the National Theatre's Access List using the form below to be able to book at the discount rate.

Booking Tickets

For Paradise, Rockets and Blue Lights, The Normal Heart, East is East, Manor, Hex
Once signed-up to the National Theatre's Access List, customers can book tickets for performances in the Olivier, Lyttelton and Dorfman theatres, by phone on 020 7452 3961, or online at the Disabled concession rate.

For phone bookings, please mention when booking if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front, a wheelchair space, are attending an accessible performance, or have any other requirements.

Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Details are available from the Box Office after the first preview performance.

Please note that we can only help with access bookings for the shows mentioned above playing at the National Theatre. If you are looking to book tickets for any other shows, please search online and contact the dedicated theatre Box Office for that show.

Booking for someone else

When completing the form to make bookings for someone else, please include your own details on the access form but the access requirements of the person you will be booking for. Please note that, where possible, the form should be signed by the person who qualifies for the concession.

Not on the list? We'll reserve your tickets

If you would like to book tickets at the Disabled concession rate but haven't signed up to the Access List yet, please contact the Box Office on 0207 452 3961 / [email protected] who will reserve your tickets. Payment can be processed once your completed form has been received and processed.
