We allow maximum flexibility for you to exchange your ticket(s) up to 24 hours before the performance.
Tickets are available to buy online in advance so we can ensure the easiest, quickest and safest entry to our theatres.
Your tickets will be sent by email before the performance to avoid the need for Box Office collection.
Rest assured, you will be entitled to a refund should government guidelines lead to any changes in our performance schedules.

Our team will be on hand to provide Access services and additional support throughout your visit.
Discounted tickets, priced at £20 plus the same rate for a companion/carer, are available for those who have subscribed to our Access List.
We are pleased to offer 4 wheelchair spaces at all performances of Under Milk Wood and 2 wheelchair spaces at all performances of After Life.
Both productions feature audio described and captioned performances, and Smart Caption Glasses will be available to book throughout each run.
