You can rest assured that all areas, including our theatres, are well ventilated and undergo enhanced cleaning between every show.

Whilst wearing a face covering is no longer mandatory, and we do not enforce face coverings for our visitors or our team, visitors are welcome to wear them if they feel more comfortable.

We allow maximum flexibility for you to exchange your ticket(s) up to 24 hours before the performance.

Tickets are available to buy online in advance so we can ensure the easiest, quickest and safest entry to our theatres.

Your tickets will be sent by email before the performance to avoid the need for Box Office collection.

Rest assured, you will be entitled to a refund should government guidelines lead to any changes in our performance schedules.

Access Support
 

Our team will be on hand to provide Access services and additional support throughout your visit.

Discounted tickets, priced at £20 plus the same rate for a companion/carer, are available for those who have subscribed to our Access List.

We are pleased to offer £20 wheelchair spaces for all performances, with a carer or companion seat also available at £20.

These productions feature audio described and captioned performances, and Smart Caption Glasses are available for most productions.

Our auditoriums are now playing at full seating capacities. However, if you are on our Access list we’ll aim to provide socially-distanced seating for your group on request if you notify us when booking. Sign up to our Access List here.
