She was the Gate’s Associate Director 2015-2016 and in 2014 received the Genesis Future Director Award. She is currently an Artistic Associate at the Lyric Hammersmith and Baylis Associate at the Old Vic.

Other directing includes: Jitney at Leeds Playhouse; Last Easter at Orange Tree; Crave and random/generations at Chichester; Cinderella at Lyric Hammersmith; Vassa at the Almeida; The Color Purple at Leicester Curve and Birmingham Hippodrome; I Call My Brothers at the Gate, Notting Hill; and dirty butterfly at the Young Vic.
