Serena Hill

Serena Hill began her career as casting director at the Royal Court and became head of casting at the National Theatre in 1987 under the successive directorships of Richard Eyre, Trevor Nunn and Nicholas Hytner. She became casting director at Sydney Theatre Company in 2003 for artistic director Robyn Nevin, followed by co-artistic directors Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton, and finally Kip Williams.
