Peter Rice is a sound designer for theatre and short film, Course Leader for Sound Design and Production at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and Co-Chair of the Association of Sound Designers. He has previously held posts as Head of Sound at the Young Vic, Senior Sound Technician at the National Theatre, Deputy Head of Sound at the Royal Exchange, Manchester and Sound Technician at the Almeida.

Peter Rice produces the podcast Conversations with Sound Designers, is Sound Associate of NYX Electronic Drone Choir, and has released music as one half of Skeleton Woman. His next project as Sound Designer will be King Lear at the Almeida.
