Monique Walker trained at the Brit School and Rose Bruford College, where productions included Fairview, Raisin in the Sun, Macbeth and Maryland.  

Other productions include: James III: The True Mirror at the Unicorn; The Wave at the Almeida; and Quite the Scandal at Camden Fringe.
