Dr Matt Morgan is a British intensive care doctor, with a background in military medicine, and an award-winning researcher and writer. His publications include Critical: Stories from the Front Line of Intensive Care Medicine, One Medicine: How Understanding Animals Can Save Your Life, and an open letter, A Letter from the ICU, addressing Covid patients and their families, published in the British Medical Journal and numerous medical papers. He has appeared at festivals including Hay and in 2020 was nominated for the Royal Society David Attenborough Prize for public engagement in society.
