For the National: The Odyssey: Episode Five − The Underworld, Hex, Mr Gum and the Dancing Bear, Pericles, My Brilliant Friend and the musical film We Begin Again.

Other theatre projects include The Beautiful Cosmos of Ivor Cutler for Vanishing Point at the National Theatre of Scotland; Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Two Gentlemen of Verona for Shakespeare’s Globe; Mother Courage and her Children for the Royal Exchange; and Teh Internet is Serious Business for the Royal Court.

As a singer and musician, Jim Fortune has toured the world, working with, amongst many others, Tom Jones and Blondie. He has recorded sessions for BBC Radios 1, 2 and 3 and has been an EMI recording artist appearing on many TV shows and festivals. Jim Fortune was a BAFTA music judge 2022.
