Catherine Fay is an Irish Costume Designer. She trained at the National College of Art and Design, Ireland.

Designs for opera include: Semele, The Return of Ulysses and Owen Wingrave for Opera Collective Ireland; Elektra and Orfeo and Euridice for Irish National Opera and United Fall; Acis and Galatea for Opera Theatre Company; and Owen Wingrave for Opéra Bastille, Paris.

Designs for dance include: Näher…closer, nearer, sooner, 12 Minute Dances, Bastard Amber and Totems for the Liz Roche Company.
