Ashley Miller worked as an actor for 12 years before training as a clinical psychologist and systemic family therapist.

As well as working as a clinician in the NHS, Miller has extensive experience providing support for staff groups in a range of settings, including the NHS, the British Red Cross and various community and voluntary sector organisations.
