Backstage Tours with view behind the scenes

Backstage Tours

Explore the backstage life of the National Theatre.

The National Theatre is a working building, producing around 20 new productions every year. Rehearsals, prop and costume-making all happen on site. No two tours are ever the same, so come and see what’s happening behind the scenes today.

NT Future
The National Theatre is changing – inside and outside, in our public spaces and behind the scenes, as part of an £80m redevelopment called NT Future.

We have chosen to keep tours running whilst this exciting work is ongoing, but there may be some changes to the spaces that can be visited and the times that tours can run.

For further information on NT Future, please visit ntfuture.nationaltheatre.org.uk
