Alongside a special showing of clips from the new series of the BBC's The Hollow Crown, director Dominic Cooke and writer Ben Power discuss their approach to filming Shakespeare's work for the screen.

NT Associate Director, Dominic Cooke, directed the NT’s The Comedy of Errors, and the BBC’s The Hollow CrownThe Wars of the Roses (comprising Henry VI parts 1 and 2, and Richard III).

NT Deputy Artistic Director, Ben Power, adapted Romeo and Juliet and The Comedy of Errors for Primary Shakespeare for the NT, and wrote the screenplays for two series of the BBC’s Shakespeare films, The Hollow Crown.
