‘Television is not the truth. Television is a goddam amusement park. Television is a circus, a carnival, a travelling troupe of acrobats, storytellers, dancers, jugglers, side show freaks, lion-tamers and football players.’ Howard Beale
As technologies advance, and as we move further into a digital world, what are the possibilities of incorporating video into performance? How can live video help us to tell stories on stage? And how can it open up ideas of truth, illusion and performance?
Find out in this practical devising workshop, inspired by the themes in Network and led by Staff Director, Jaz Woodcock-Stewart.
We would never want cost to prevent anyone from taking part. Full and part-funded bursary places are available. If you would like to apply for one, please fill in this form.
