Roy Alexander Weise is Associate Director at the Harts Theatre Company and lead acting tutor at Young and Talented School of Stage and Screen.

He has previously worked as a trainee director at the Royal Court, been the BBC Theatre Fellow at the Bush and the Lyric Hammersmith, and an associate artist at the Red Room.
