From the creative minds of our partners at Forza Wine. Pop by their South Bank location for more seasonal cocktails and Italian-ish snacks.

The Cocktails

A clear drink in a coupe glass garnished with three olives on a stick. It has a shadow and a blue background.

'Gin Martini'

This Martini captures All About Eve‘s wit and deception—crisp, elegant, and oh-so-sophisticated. With gin as sharp as Eve’s ambition and an olive as smooth as Margo’s delivery, it’s best enjoyed as the drama unfolds—because every starlet, and every cocktail, deserves the perfect stage.

  • Ice

Equipment:

  • Bar spoon
  • Hawthrone strainer
  • Served in a coupe glass

How to make it:

Add a scoop of ice to fill the glass and stir down with a bar spoon, stir down for 30 seconds, strain the cocktail into a couple glass, and garnish with a nocellara olive. Then stick the heating on, get comfortable and …

  • 25ml Rye Whisky (or non-alcoholic alternative)
  • 10ml Honey
  • 1 clove
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 125ml Hot Water

Equipment:

  • Glass
  • Measure
  • Kettle

How to make it:

Add the whisky, honey, lemon juice and clove to a heat proof glass and add boiling water. Stir together, add a slice of lemon as a garnish, then make yourself comfortable and…
