Designing the show 
Join Designer Laura Hopkins and Director Miranda Cromwell as they chat live from the Dorfman Theatre about the Rockets and Blue Lights set design, and answers your questions

1830-40s Britain 
Join Dr Kristy Warren (Historical Advisor for Rockets and Blue Lights, Research Associate at the University of Leicester) for a historical insight into one of the key time periods of the play. Kristy will look at what was happening in the Caribbean, Americas and London in the 1830s - 40s, and the true history of abolition. Kristy will speak for around 30 minutes, and take questions from the audience live for the last 15 minutes.

Post-show discussion 
Join Mumba Dodwell (Staff Director) ​talks to playwright Winsome Pinnock, actor and discrimination lawyer Ayesha Casely-Hayford and diversity consultant Rachel Gnagniko about responses to the themes of the show, including Britain’s history with enslavement.
