Return Tickets for Credit Voucher

Use this form if you would like to exchange your tickets for a credit voucher.

Your Customer ID and Order Number can be found by logging into the website and selecting MyNT, and choose the performance in My Events you want to retun tickets for, where this form will automatically complete most details needed. Or you can refer to your original order confirmation email.

Please note this form is possible to use up to 24 hours before the performance start time. If you wish to return or exchange your tickets less than 24 hours before the performance start time, please contact the Box Office on boxoffice@nationaltheatre.org.uk. If all other tickets are sold we will try to resell your tickets but cannot guarantee the successful resale of any returned Tickets.
