The BBC Blast Truck

The BBC Blast truck returns to Theatre Square for a huge programme of workshops and activities.

Fri 5 September - Sun 14 September.
10am – 7pm (weekdays) and 12pm – 7pm (Sat/Sun)

Each day up to 150 young people will have the opportunity to work with artists, designers and BBC experts, sharing ideas and creative skills in the fields of playwriting, radio drama, fashion, animation, music performance, dance, film-making and VJing. Events are free, and designed for people aged between 13 and 19 years, of all ability levels.

Over Thames Festival weekend (13 & 14 September), the BBC Blast truck will present drop-in workshops throughout the day for young people to try out a huge range of exciting activities.
