Members Online Booking
Advance , Priority and Supporting Cast Members benefit from online booking prior to the opening of general booking. You need to use your online membership account in order for this to work.
Not currently a member? Adding a membership to your basket to join or renew Advance, Priority or Supporting Cast Membership online, will enable you to book online for shows in advance or priority booking immediately.

Once your account is set up, you access tickets in advance of the public booking date by going to the REGISTER / LOGIN section of the website, and entering your username (which will be your e-mail if you haven't changed this in our new system) and password in the Login boxes in the centre of the screen. It is best to login prior to looking at the available performances for a show. Then click on the BUY TICKETS button and select the show, or event, you want and proceed through the transaction process, as described in help buying tickets
You don't seem to have my e-mail registered, but I've been a member for a while.
All members have an account that allows them to login and book tickets online. If you have not created an account for yourself online, then we have created a temporary account for you, using the first letter of your 'first name' and up to 10 characters from your 'last name' and your membership number (as they appear on your booking form and with no spaces between each element, apostrophes are removed but hyphens are not - so Christopher O'Rourke with membership number of 3124676 would give a username of corourke3124676) as your username. You can login putting this information in the username box and your membership number as your password.
When you successfully login with a temporary login, then you can add your e-mail address to your account, change the login details if you want and you will then be able to go ahead with your online purchases. If you can't get logged in, please e-mail us on one of the e-mails below, giving your membership number or postcode and your name, and we can set up your account.
I'm logged in but the tickets are still not available
If you have previously viewed the ticket pages for the shows you're interested in, then the dates may not turn red (which indicates availability). If this is the case then you may need to delete your 'Temporary Internet Files'. These are in 'Internet Options' which you will find under either 'Tools' or 'View' on your Internet Explorer toolbar. Once you've deleted these files, if you refresh your screen (click on the little icon in the toolbar which has two arrows on a page) it should show the advance dates in red.
This process is easy to do and just deletes the saved copies of all the web pages you've been visiting.
