A conference-style event for sixth form drama and English literature students. A series of five talks and on-stage masterclasses with members of the creative team and acting company, focused on different aspects of two areas:
• Shakespeare’s writing: how the character Othello and the key ideas in the play are presented through speech, narrative structure and other dramatic techniques
• Contrasting the play’s original and contemporary performance conditions
Date: Thursday 4 July, 10am - 4pm
Cost: £7.50 per student (one free teacher place per ten students).
