FREE THE WORD!
A Celebration of World Literature

As part of International PEN's festival taking place around the South Bank from 11-13 April, the National Theatre hosts the opening event with Alaa Al Aswany, and a late-night literary cabaret in the Late Lounge.

The Insulting Cabaret
with Noble and Silver, Zena Edwards, Jammy Voo, Sjón, Faïza Guène, Abdellah Taïa and many more.

A Late Lounge special compered by Perrier Award-winning and Bafta-nominated comedy duo Noble and Silver. Expect fast-paced laughter packed with outspoken voices, slam poetry, comedy, banned songs and provocative texts and much more.
