Oxfam Outdoor Exhibition

The World Can't Wait

In the run up to the G8 conference in Germany, Oxfam will hold an outdoor photographic exhibition reminding world leaders that two years after their Gleneagles summit they need to fulfil their promises to Make Poverty History.

Around 50 world-class images will be erected against the dramatic backdrop of the South Bank, available for all passers-by to see in Theatre Square. The World Can't Wait will be focusing on access to vital public services– health, education, water and sanitation– that are key to transforming the lives of people in poverty.

The exhibition will feature the work of world-class photojournalists from the Guardian, Times and Observer and will include work by, among others, Ami Vitale, Dan Chung and Abbie Trayler-Smith.
