All new members will receive a welcome letter and a membership card which will state their unique membership number. This is the number that members should use when they call the box office to book tickets, or when they log in to book tickets via the NT's website. Tickets can be booked at the box office in person or on the phone (020 7452 3000), or via the NT website: www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/buytickets

Tickets can be booked in advance or on the day (subject to availability) but need to be paid for at the point of booking – unfortunately tickets cannot be reserved in advance and paid for on collection. All tickets must be collected from the box office on the day of performance, and you may be asked to show proof of your age. Only one Entry Pass ticket can be purchased by each member for each performance and tickets are non-transferable.
