Graham Clarke – The English Artist at Home and Abroad

21 January – 3 March

Olivier Exhibition Space

Graham Clarke, artist, author, illustrator, humorist and one of Britain’s most prolific printmakers, returns to the NT after twenty years. This exhibition will show a range of his etchings, produced entirely by hand using processes several hundred years old, drawings and watercolours, all made with attention to craftsmanship and much affection for the subject.

‘My work is itself ‘theatrical’. It is intended to entertain the viewer and many images are static narratives, little plays within their own arch top proscenium.’

All of the work on display will be for sale. grahamclarke.co.uk

Exhibition opening times:

Monday - Saturday from 9.30am - 11pm
Sunday 12pm - 5.30pm (closed Sunday 29 January)

Graham Clarke – The English Artist at Home and Abroad finished on: 3 March 2012
