National Theatre Access List

The NT offers Disabled concession tickets for performances at the National Theatre. If you, or someone for whom you are booking tickets, qualify for the Disabled concession rate, you will need to sign-up to the Access List in order to make bookings at this rate, whether you prefer to book online, by telephone or in person.

Signing Up

Please download a form at the foot of this page and complete, sign and return it to us at the Freepost address provided on the form, or email to access@nationaltheatre.org.uk.

Subscription to the Access List will allow you to use ‘Select Your Own Seat’ booking (on performances where this is available) at the Disabled concession price on the National Theatre website. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are also available. For guidance on seat selection for Captioned performances, please visit the Stagetext Captioned performances section on the Access page .

Click here to read our full Privacy Policy or collect a copy in person from the Box Office.

Should your circumstances or requirements change, or if you require any further information on tickets for disabled people, please contact the Box Office on 020 7452 3000 or email access@nationaltheatre.org.uk.

Booking on someone else's behalf

If you are completing the form in order to make bookings on behalf of someone else, please include your own details on the access form, with the access requirements of the person on whose behalf you will be booking, and a covering note highlighting this. Please note that, where possible, the form should be signed by the person who qualifies for the concession.

Not on the list? We'll reserve your tickets

If you would like to book tickets at the Disabled concession rate but have not yet signed up to the Access List,  please contact the Box Office team on 020 7452 3000 / boxoffice@nationaltheatre.org.uk, who will be happy to reserve your tickets, payment for which can be processed once your completed form has been received and processed.

Booking Tickets

Once signed-up to the Access List, customers can book tickets in person from the Advance Box Office in the main foyer, by phone on 020 7452 3000, or online at the Disabled concession rate.

To ensure the best choice of seats, we advise you to book in advance and we'll send out tickets before the performance. Most performances at the National offer seat selection online. For phone and in person bookings, please mention when booking if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front, are attending an accessible performance, or have any other requirements.

Please note, strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Details are available from the Information Desk after the first preview performance.

Collecting Tickets

If you're collecting tickets immediately before the performance, please use the box office in the foyer of the theatre you're attending.
