Information on Collecting Tickets

Tickets that have been bought and are held for collection can be picked up as follows:

For performances and events at the National Theatre

You can collect your tickets from the Ticket Collection Kiosks or from the Box Office on the ground floor up to 90 minutes before the performance.

After this time you can collect your tickets from the relevant box office for the show that you are attending. These are:

Olivier Theatre: The Olivier Box Office or Ticket Collection Kiosks on Level 2

Lyttelton Theatre: The Box Office or Ticket Collection Kiosks on the ground floor

Cottesloe Theatre: The Box Office or Ticket Collection Kiosk in the Cottesloe Theatre (75 minutes prior to matinees).

Platforms: Tickets may be collected from the relevant Box Office from 30 minutes before the performance

Backstage Tours: Please go to the Information Desk, on the ground floor, at least 10 minutes before your chosen tour

Please take your payment card with you for identification

For performances at other London venues

You can collect your tickets from the Ticket Collection Kiosks or from the Box Office on the ground floor at the National Theatre, up to the day before the performance.

After this time, collect from 60 minutes on the day of the performance from the relevant Box Office:

War Horse at the New London Theatre (link opens a new window), Drury Lane, London, WC2

One Man, Two Guvnors at Theatre Royal Haymarket , 18 Suffolk Street, London, SW1

GATZ at the Noël Coward Theatre, St Martin's Lane, London, WC2N

Play Without Words at Sadler's Wells (link opens a new window), Rosebery Avenue EC1R

Crow at The Borough Hall at Greenwich Dance, SE10 8RE
