Being in the moment means connecting with yourself as an individual, then connecting with everything around you.

Using games, improvisation and story telling to develop performance and communication skills this practical workshop will explore the body, voice, language and the imagination.
Suitable for all abilities.

Delivered by Joy Richardson (Welcome to Thebes,The Observer, Chatroom/Citizenship)

Participants are required to wear clothing and shoes suitable for a practical workshop.
