Week 1: Circus Space in Residence

Circus Space is the UK’s premiere circus school, the training ground for the brightest talent of tomorrow. The graduating class of 2009 take up residency in Theatre Square for the week, building up to their very final performance as a group.
A highly talented year features many diverse circus skills and Say What You Like…, directed by Heidi Rustgaard, promises to be a feast for the senses and a chance to see these terrific young performers before they set out on their careers.
They’ll be rehearsing in the Square each day and then performing short preview extracts; the big show is on Friday and Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. During the day on Saturday, meet the performers and their tutors to try out some simple circus skills and find out what it takes to run away and join the Circus Space.
Taster Day Workshops in double-dutch, juggling, hula-hoop, diablo 30 mins each) – sign up in the Square during the afternoon. ALL FREE
