The Last Days of Don Juan (after Tirso de Molina; RSC 1990), In the Ruins (Royal Court 1990), Food of Love (Almeida 1988), A Family Affair (after Ostrovsky; Cheek by Jowl 1988), The Art of Success (RSC 1986), Temptation (RSC 1984) and Battle Royal (NT 2000). He has written the libretti for two operas, A Family Affair (1993) and Siren Sony (1994), both premiered at the Almedia Opera Festival.
