A Sexual Congress dances through verbal arabesques, double-entendres and verbal minefields to highlight its very serious issues. The 'International Congress for the International Fight against International Prostitution' is nothing more than a front and the play repeatedly shows us that in the battle between hypocrisy and honesty, hypocrisy always wins the day.
