Meetings and Conferences

Book the Deck for informal standing presentations with a lunchtime buffet, or a full day hire with theatre style or cabaret seating, lunch and coffee breaks.

The Deck hire fee includes our standard audio visual equipment including a speaker’s platform. If you require audio-visual equipment in addition to that which is already provided we would be happy to source this for you or discuss using an external supplier. If an external supplier is used, a National Theatre audio-visual technician must be booked to oversee.

Daily Delegate Rate

For daytime use of the Deck for meetings or conferences

£75.00 per delegate +VAT (minimum 70 delegates)

Venue hire of The Deck between 9am and 5pm
Access to The Deck’s AV facilities
