Personal Impact

A one-day course exploring how participants present themselves and the effect that they have on other people. For up to 12 people, with two trainers. The learning outcomes are:

  • Insight into what makes people interesting and engaging
  • Ability to harness personality, presence and purpose to affect a group
  • Increased confidence in communicating to an audience
  • An understanding of physical presence and non-verbal communication
  • Improved use of voice and breathing
  • Active listening skills and techniques for concentration and relaxation
  • Pointers for carrying the learning back to the workplace


Applied Personal Impact

A two-day programme for up to 10 people, with 2 trainers, comprising a Personal Impact course followed at a week’s interval by a Coaching Clinic. Participants are given the opportunity in the coaching clinic to apply the learning from the course to a specific business presentation or scenario.

Influence & Rapport

A one-day course for up to 12 people, with 2 trainers. This course explores influencing colleagues and clients in meetings where time is short and the stakes are high. The learning outcomes are:

  • Enhanced ability to be spontaneous, quick-thinking and creative when faced with the difficult or unexpected
  • Increased awareness of the dynamics between individuals
    Skills for influencing others
  • Improved imagination and empathy when listening
  • Increased flexibility of style and the confidence to move out of comfort zones
  • Pointers for carrying the learning back to the workplace

Team Building

A one-day programme for teams of up to 20 people, establishing a stronger sense of shared identity and creating opportunities to get to know each other better and to see each other’s potential in a new light. Benefits to team members:

  • Enhanced sense of team identity
  • Opportunity to build closer working relationships
  • Ability to work together more creatively
  • New ideas for improving team meetings
  • Increased confidence for individuals within the team
  • Pointers for carrying the learning back to the workplace

Coaching Others

This one-day programme for up to 12 people explores how rehearsal can be used as a powerful tool for creating change and improving performance in others. The learning outcomes for participants are:

  • How to establish trust & rapport
  • Flexibility to adapt personal style to the needs of another
  • Improved insight and improvisation skills
  • An understanding of how to develop and communicate a shared vision
  • New ways to encourage others to move outside their comfort zone
  • Increased ability to give effective and constructive feedback
