Casting (Overview)

About

The Casting Department acts as a resource for directors, working with the director to service the play, the director and the director's vision. This means understanding what the director wants, or knowing the kind of actors that they want to work with. The department has built up a large knowledge of actors' work from seeing between 400 and 450 performances a year.
