The traditional village green is reimagined for the modern age; the world of Morris Dancing, cake stalls and vegetable competitions with an eccentric urban twist. Featuring Barby Asante, Bob & Roberta Smith, The Bollywood Brass Band, The Fete Encounter, Friends of the Earth, I Knit London, Rediscovered Urban Rituals, Shane Waltener, Vauxhall City Farm, Wild Hunt Bedlam Morris, The Society of Wonders plus food & produce stalls and much, much more....

Attractions include:

  • Barby Asante's Bloomin Barby Stall, with gardening tips and vegetable sculpting.
  • Shane Waltener's Icing workshop producing beautifully decorated iced panels: http://www.shanewaltener.com/
  • Bob & Roberta Smith's ‘The Climate Needs You' stall, where you can write a letter to your local MP asking them what they are doing for the environment, supported by Friends of the Earth.
  • The Fete Encounter collective contributes: Ethical Bear Baiting, traditional Country dancing; The Shrug Ladies strawberries  & cream cart; Bash the Rat and tombola with The He SAID Talent Agency:
