Gift Aid

As a registered charity, the National Theatre can claim Gift Aid on memberships from Priority Member to Olivier Circle and all additional donations.

For every £1 you give, and if you are a UK tax payer, we can claim an extra 25p from HMRC, which last financial year raised an additional £278,000 for the theatre. If you have not already done so, please help make your support go further by completing the Gift Aid declaration below.

Once you have made a declaration, it will cover all eligible donations and membership subscriptions (from Priority membership and above) in the last four years until you cancel your declaration. Also, do not forget that if you pay income tax at the higher rate, you can can claim further tax relief in your tax return.

For more information about Gift Aid or to alter an existing Gift Aid declaration, please telephone the Development office on 020 7452 3218.

I want the National Theatre to treat all donations I have made in the last four years and all donations I make from the date of this declaration, until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for the current tax year (currently 25p for every £1 I donate).

(no date )
