Tickets for Disabled People

Booking Tickets

To ensure the best choice of seats, we advise you to book in advance and we'll send out tickets before the performance. Please mention when booking if you require an aisle seat, a seat near the front, are attending an accessible performance, or have any other requirements.

Tickets can be booked in person from the Advance Box Office in the main foyer, by phone 020 7452 3000, minicom 020 7452 3009 or online. Real-time online booking is currently available for some customers with specific seating requirements. Please use the Disability Access Booking Form (we aim to respond within six working hours) or phone the Box Office on 020 7452 3000 to make your reservation if the seats you need are not available online.

Please note, strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Details are available from the Information Desk after the first preview performance.

Collecting Tickets

If you're collecting tickets immediately before the performance, please use the box office in the foyer of the theatre you're attending.

Concessions

There are concessions for disabled people, plus one companion at the same price, for most performances at the National Theatre, and for War Horse in the West End. Please check individual production pages for ticket prices.
